Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about how your Sipped order gets to you.

Shipping

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries. All orders are fully tracked so you can follow your Sipped delivery from dispatch to doorstep.

Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Options:

  • 24 Hour Tracked Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24)
  • 48 Hour Tracked Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance and location.

We currently deliver across the UK only.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (food and beverages), we do not accept returns.

All sales are final once the order has been placed and dispatched.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos or additional information to verify the issue before issuing a replacement or refund.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
